HENAN CALGON CARBON CO. LTD. (referred as Jilin Carbon) is located in Jilin City, which is famous and along by the Songhua River and Changbai Mountains.  It is an international large-scale carbon enterprise integrated with graphite products researching, producing and sales of domestic and overseas.

Jilin Carbon was built in 1952.  which is one of 156 key construction projects during the First Five-Year Plan Period.  It was completed and put into operation in 1955 and is regarded as the cradle of China’s carbon industry.  In October 2015, Jilin Carbon was acquired and merged by Zhongze Group.

After more than half a century of construction and development, Jilin Carbon has become the new product R&D center, the new technology application center.  the product testing center and the export products inspection center of China's carbon industry.  It owns a national enterprise technology center, a laboratory accredited by China National Accreditation Committee for Qualification Assessment (CNAS) and a national hiah-tech enterprise reaeneration.  and had wined"China Well-Known Trademark”“Ji-Tan brand”.  In 1999, Jilin Carbon passed the ISO9000 quality assurance system certification; in 2010, Jilin Carbon passed the"three systems" certification of quality management, environmental management occupational health & safety management, which ensured the production of carbon products applied with international advanced standards.

Jilin Carbon wholly-owned subsidiary, Jimeng Carbon Co.Itd(referred as Jimeng Carbon), started construction in Wulanchabu-fengzhen City.
